Hello from the beautiful Hohe Tauern National Park and the mountain village of Kaprun.
Located in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the town centre and 1 min from the free ski bus shuttle stop. Kaprun's main lift, beginners' slopes and ski school meeting place are all nearby. Younger children (3-6yrs) are well looked after at the children's fun park by the nursery slope.
Haus Patricia offers a friendly, comfortable and affordable place to stay in a snow sure resort. The pension has been completely renovated during 2006/7 and has a complete non smoking policy intended to improve the comfort and safety of all our guests.

Trish, Steve and Jack, our Labrador, together make up the family Barnes. We have been keen skiers and walkers for many years and as owners of Haus Patricia have now taken the opportunity to enjoy our passion for the Austrian mountains all year round.
Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be. We both take pleasure from helping our guests to find the same enjoyment as we do from this beautiful area. Because we live here all year we are in a great position to help you.
