Child Discounts
Available only when a child is sharing a room with an adult:
- Under 3 100%
- Under 7 50%

Arrivals and Departures
Your room is available to you on the day of your arrival from 3pm. Of course if your room is ready earlier you can use it.
On the day of departure your room is available to you until 9.30am.
We are happy to store your luggage safely both on arrival and departure.
Payment
A 20% non refundable deposit will secure your booking.
We accept cash euro on arrival or advance payment by either bank transfer or credit card. Payment by transfer or credit card must be payed in full 6 weeks before arrival.
Payment by credit card incurs a 2.5% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Late Arrivals
We are here to meet you on the day of your arrival until 9pm. If you are arriving later than that then please let us know.
